Instructions

1 Start an Employment Referral Business - There are employment networking websites like Bohire and Wisestepp that connect employers with prospective employees. Join these companies by signing up on their homepages. If you have friends or know people who are job seekers, just refer them to any job posting on these sites. If the applicants are hired by any of those companies, you get paid cash referral rewards. Each reward will varies depending on starting compensation. Referrals can normally range from a few dollars to several thousands of dollars per hire. If you know a lot of job seekers, refer them. This can be a great way to make money online with no initial investment, overhead, or operating costs. You can find their websites in the resources section below.
2. Become a Referral Agent for Vendors - Become a referral agent for vendors and suppliers, and earn referral fees. Find prospective customers for the vendors products or services, and refer those customers to that vendor. If the referral results in a sale, you get paid a referral fee. Do this several times a month, and it could be a very profitable way to make money online. Vendors will generally set the referral fee percentages that you can earn for selling their products, and may even pay bonuses if you recruit others to join their referral programs.
3. Become an Online Content Contributor - If you are a seasoned writer or you just enjoy writing, you should definitely consider writing articles online. This is an excellent way to make money online. Content producer sites like Associated Content, Bukisa, Infobarrel, and of course eHow (just to name a few) have a "pay for performance" earnings system that is strictly based on ad clicks to your articles. Articles can generally generate payments of about $100 per month or more depending on their topical relevance and their search engine rankings. Your articles can eventually generate well over $1000 per month if you've written many over time. Just sign up as a contributor for free. When your account is approved, start writing at once. Make sure that you read the company guidelines and Terms of Agreement before you begin to avoid violating any rules, and risk a lifetime ban of your account.
4. Start Your Very Own Blog - Along with your article writing projects, you can also make money online by setting up and starting your own blog. Websites like Blogger and WordPress offer free memberships where all it takes is a simple sign-up and account setup. Pick a topic that interests you, and begin creating blog posts. Make sure that whatever topic you choose to write about is in demand, and is ranked highly in the search engines. Place relevant ads on your blog for monetization purposes. Also, insert affiliate links on your blog for increased earning power. Always keep your blog posts current. Write a new blog at least three times per week, and always add fresh, well-written content. Lastly, learn and utilize every possible strategy for getting increased traffic and sales conversions for your blog.
5. Create Authority-Based or Newsworthy Hubs - If you possess advanced or expert knowledge on a specific subject matter, then consider creating authority-based hubs. Just simply create an outline and write detailed content on your topic. Your content needs to be interesting, well-written, and original. Then, gather the best online resources that relate to your topic. Once you have done this, you can create topical web pages known as "hubs," and place them on sites like HugPages, Squidoo, and Google Knol. When your hub visitors click on your ads and/or make purchases from your affiliate program, you are paid both ad revenue and affiliate commissions. This is a very good way to make money online, because, these hub sites already have decent traffic, which can get you a constant flow of daily visitors easily.
6. Get into the Domain Name Trade - If you're interested in the domain name market, consider the business of domaining. As a domainer, your business would consist of buying domain names, developing, and selling them on the online market Go to sites that have a list of domains at wholesale prices, and buy them cheap. Then, market these domains, and sell them at their higher market value prices. By doing this, you would be acting as domain investor through a process that is commonly referred to as "site flipping" (similar to property flipping in real estate investing). You could buy a domain from sites such as YourMainDomain, develop them, and then place them on a website auction site like Flippa. When buyers visit and decide to buy one of your domains, you can sell it and seriously make money online. However, before buying any domain, you will first need to know its market value. This is where you will meet a challenge. In any case, this best way to value a domain is to determine its category type, and then do comparable sales research. Sites like Domain State, Afternic, and Namepros can be helpful in determining domain values.
7. Become a Virtual Landlord - As virtual landlord, you simply rent out ad space on your website, and charge retailers a fixed monthly fee. Build a website, design it, and market it to accumulate lots of traffic. When retailers decide to rent ad space, you just simply charge them a monthly rental fee. You would determine how much to charge by inch by inch spatial dimensions, and then charge as much as $60 if you choose. Retailers are happy to pay big money for the increased exposure to their products and services. Many of them consider this a low dollar amount compared to the amount that they would normally pay-per-click ad services, and yet reach far more people. This can be a great way to make money online, if you like the idea of being a landlord.
